On this, his debut recording, Andy uses his clear, powerful tenor to transport the listener through the ages, from traditional 18^th century songs, via the last 40 years of the 20^th to the present day where his own compositions settle us. This is Folk Music with stark unaccompanied epic ballads, guitar-based settings of tender love songs (for people, places and past times) and robust ensemble treatments of work songs and stories. A Gallimaufry of moods, tempos and emotions – hence the name!
